SoleoBrass offers handcrafted Moroccan brass and copper faucets, shower systems, sinks, drains, bathroom accessories, hardware, and related products to retail and wholesale customers worldwide.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services.

By visiting our website, placing an order, requesting a quotation, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Because SoleoBrass products are handcrafted, minor variations in dimensions, surface texture, hammer marks, finish, color, or decorative details may occur.

These variations are part of the authentic handmade character of the product and are not automatically considered defects.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice. Product availability is not guaranteed.

4. Living Brass and Copper Finishes

Unlacquered brass, aged brass, antique brass, and copper are living materials and finishes.

Their appearance may naturally change through exposure to air, moisture, water, oils, cleaning products, fingerprints, minerals, and environmental conditions.

Natural patina, oxidation, darkening, and color variation are expected characteristics and are not manufacturing defects.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the relevant product description and care information before purchase.

5. Product Measurements and Compatibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing all dimensions, plumbing connections, installation requirements, and compatibility information before ordering.

Measurements may vary slightly because products are handmade. Where precise dimensions are critical, contact us before purchase.

Plumbing standards and connection types vary between countries and regions. Customers and their installers are responsible for confirming that the selected product is compatible with the installation location and local plumbing system.

6. Professional Installation

Faucets, shower systems, sinks, drains, valves, and other plumbing products should be installed by a qualified professional.

The customer and installer are responsible for:

• Checking the product before installation
• Confirming compatibility with the plumbing system
• Following appropriate installation practices
• Testing connections and water flow
• Complying with building and plumbing regulations
• Avoiding excessive force or unsuitable tools

Installation, removal, repair, or reinstallation costs are not included in the product price unless expressly agreed in writing.

SoleoBrass is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, unsuitable plumbing, excessive pressure, misuse, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow applicable installation requirements.

7. Prices

Product prices are displayed in the currency selected or available through the website.

Prices may change without notice. A price change will not affect an order already accepted unless a clear pricing error occurred.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate pricing, but typographical, technical, currency-conversion, or system errors may occur.

If an incorrect price affects an order, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

8. Taxes, Customs Duties, and Import Charges

Depending on the delivery destination, an order may be subject to sales tax, VAT, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other government charges.

Unless expressly stated at checkout, customs duties, import taxes, and related charges are not included in the product price and are the customer’s responsibility.

SoleoBrass cannot control or predict charges imposed by customs authorities.

Refusing delivery or failing to pay import charges does not automatically entitle the customer to a full refund. Where legally permitted, return shipping, customs, storage, and carrier charges may be deducted from any refund.

An order is not considered accepted until we confirm it or begin processing it.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Payment processing is handled through Shopify and authorized payment providers. We may perform verification or fraud-prevention checks before accepting or dispatching an order.

Wholesale, trade, or custom projects may require a deposit or full payment before production begins. The applicable payment terms will be included in the quotation or invoice.

12. Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Some SoleoBrass products are handmade, customized, or made to order.

Customizations may include:

• Non-standard dimensions
• Special finishes
• Modified connections
• Personalized engraving
• Unique configurations
• Products created from customer specifications

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving specifications before production begins.

After production has started, a customized or made-to-order item may not be changed or cancelled.

Customized and personalized products are generally final sale unless they arrive damaged, contain a verified manufacturing defect, or do not materially match the approved specifications.

13. Wholesale and Trade Orders

SoleoBrass accepts enquiries from wholesalers, retailers, interior designers, architects, contractors, developers, hotels, restaurants, and other trade professionals.

Wholesale prices, minimum quantities, production times, payment schedules, shipping arrangements, and product specifications may be established through a separate quotation or invoice.

If a written wholesale quotation or agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the specific written quotation or agreement will control for that order.

Wholesale customers must not make false, misleading, or unauthorized claims about SoleoBrass products.

Unless expressly authorized, purchasing our products does not grant permission to use the SoleoBrass name, logo, photography, or other protected material.

14. Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us immediately if you wish to change or cancel an order.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after payment, production, customization, packaging, or shipping has begun.

If cancellation is possible, costs already incurred for custom materials, production, payment processing, packaging, or other non-recoverable expenses may be deducted where permitted by law.

Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

15. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping, processing times, delivery estimates, tracking, customs, address changes, and damaged shipments are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

SoleoBrass is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, severe weather, incorrect addresses, import restrictions, or other events outside our reasonable control.

16. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, eligibility requirements, exclusions, and refund processing are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Products must not be installed, modified, damaged, or used if you intend to request a standard return.

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Warranty

Eligible products are covered according to our published Warranty Policy.

The warranty does not cover natural patina, normal wear, incorrect installation, misuse, harsh chemical cleaners, mineral buildup, accidental damage, or unauthorized alterations.

Proof of purchase may be required to submit a warranty claim.

18. Website Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.

You are responsible for activities conducted through your account unless caused by a failure within systems under our control.
